Blogmas Day 20: Friendmas

Happy December!

I hope you are all having a wonderful lead up until Christmas. On the 19th of December I had a group of some of my favourite people. This year I decided to host friendsmas and that meant cooking for us all and making my home as festive as I could. We did not take as many photos as I would have liked. That being said we had the best time ever! I loved actually spending some time cooking in the kitchen and spending some time with my favourite people.

Here are my top tips for a brilliant Friendmas!

  1. Make your favourite winter beverage. This year I did not make a hot beverage as I knew we would all be drinking and it seemed like it would be a waste. My go to however is a hot spiced apple.

2.  Bake with a friend. Well I technically decided to bake myself this year as I was hosting Friendsmas this year.

3. Decoration is key!! (Santa has been early) I went a little bit overboard this year and decided everyone needed stockings but it was such great fun.

4. Food is essential. ( We went for an early Christmas roast!!) we were hosting a Christmas dinner with one guest who is a Vegan so we were cooking two lots of dinner.

This is not what the roast looked like this year but I just didnt get to take any photos of the roast and therefore we are reusing a photo from one of my favourite Friendsmas

What are your top tips for a perfect friendmas?

Love Always,

Gee xoxo
